2. Submit medical form Complete the Unistem Medical Form. Our specialist will help where ever needed.
3. Review of medical information Upon submission, the medical form will be reviewed by our expert team of doctors to determine if stem cell therapy is suitable for your condition.
4. Acceptance for therapy If accepted for therapy, our medical staff is dedicated to assist you in understanding the modalities of the therapy. It is our policy to ensure voluntary enrolment.
5. Consent for enrollment If the patient wishes to enroll for therapy our team of experts will assist you with all formalities for enrollment.
PATIENTS FROM OVERSEAS International patients are required to submit the Unistem Travel Form at least two weeks before the arrival date. Following registration, we will provide you and your accompanying party with invitation letters. On arrival, you will be met at the Delhi airport for gratis transportation to the hospital.
